Part I: Creating Your Medicine Pouch – Weaving Spirit into Daily Life

In the first session, you will design and craft your own personal medicine pouch. Through reflection, ritual, and creativity, you’ll choose colors, materials, and designs that resonate with your soul. Your finished pouch will serve as a vessel for carrying intention, protection, and connection to Spirit. No prior crafting experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to honor your inner wisdom.

Part II: Filling & Using Your Medicine Pouch – Living with Sacred Intention

In the second session, we will explore the art of filling your pouch with objects of meaning—stones, herbs, prayers, words, and tokens that represent your unique spiritual path. Through guided meditation, journaling, and blessing rituals, you’ll learn how to activate and carry your pouch, transforming it into a living altar and trusted companion for daily guidance, comfort, and strength.

Together, these workshops offer a complete journey: from creating your sacred vessel to learning how to honor, tend, and walk with it as a vibrant part of your spiritual life.
