Radical Mindfulness for Self-Compassion is an experiential workshop that invites you to meet your life exactly as it is—without judgment, without fixing, and without abandoning yourself.


In a culture that rewards pushing through, self-criticism, and relentless productivity, mindfulness becomes radical when it is used not to optimize performance, but to soften the heart. This workshop offers practical, embodied practices that help you slow down, listen inwardly, and respond to yourself with kindness rather than criticism.


Through guided mindfulness practices, gentle inquiry, reflection, and simple ritual, participants will explore:




  • How to recognize and interrupt patterns of self-judgment




  • The difference between awareness and self-improvement




  • How compassion becomes accessible when we stop resisting our own experience




  • Ways to bring mindful self-compassion into everyday moments of stress, shame, or uncertainty

A 4-Week Online Journey Toward Inner Kindness


Radical Mindfulness for Self-Compassion is a powerful and heart-centered 4-week online course designed to help you awaken to the present moment and meet yourself with greater kindness, tenderness, and grace. Rooted in spiritual wisdom, modern mindfulness practices, and compassionate inquiry, this class offers a sacred space to explore the transformative power of being fully present with yourself—just as you are. 


Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and mindful practices, you’ll learn to cultivate self-awareness without judgment and develop the inner tools to treat yourself with the same compassion you so freely offer to others. This class is especially supportive for those experiencing burnout, self-criticism, or spiritual dryness.
