Rooted in spiritual wisdom, modern mindfulness practices, and compassionate inquiry, this class offers a sacred space to explore the transformative power of being fully present with yourself—just as you are.
Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and mindful practices, you’ll learn to cultivate self-awareness without judgment and develop the inner tools to treat yourself with the same compassion you so freely offer to others. This class is especially supportive for those experiencing burnout, self-criticism, or spiritual dryness.
