The Merry Market will take place on Sunday, November 15th at 4080 E Russell Rd. from 11:30am - 2pm. Vendors get free lunch prepared by the Youth Ministry.

Eligibility and Product Guidelines
- Handmade Focus: All vendors must sell handmade, original creations or authored works. Examples include arts, crafts, books, jewelry, textiles, woodworking, pottery, fine art, and other artisan goods.

- Family-Friendly Environment: All products, displays, and promotional materials must be appropriate for all ages. Items or imagery containing politics, profanity, or adult themes will not be permitted.

- No Food or Beverage Sales: To support our Youth and Young Adult Ministries, who will be providing lunch and hot chocolate for attendees, vendors may not sell or distribute food, drink, or edible items. Vendors get free lunch when they show their vendor badge to the lunch booth.

- Original Work: Vendors must sell items they have personally made, designed, or written. Reselling mass-produced goods is not encouraged.

Fees and Contributions
- Booth Fee:
CSLGLV Members pay $20
Non-Members pay $25
- Non-Refundable Deposit: All vendor fees are considered a deposit to secure space at the event and are non-refundable.
- Silent Auction Contribution: Each vendor is required to donate one item to the CSLGLV Merry Market Silent Auction, with a maximum value of $50. Proceeds from the silent auction will support Center for Spiritual Living Greater Las Vegas.

Event Logistics
- Event Date and Time: The Merry Market will take place on Sunday, November 15th from 11:30am - 2:00pm at Center for Spiritual Living Greater Las Vegas, 4080 E Russell Rd.
- Space and Equipment: Each vendor will be provided one 6-foot table and two chairs. Vendors are welcome to bring display stands and decor that fit their allotted space.
- Set-Up and Clean-Up: Vendors may begin setting up their booths at 7:30am and all displays must be ready by 9:00am. All displays will be covered before Meditation begins promptly at 9:30am. Sunday Service will begin at 10:00am and end at 11:00am. Vendors are not required to attend Meditation or Service, but must be present before the Merry Market begins at 11:30. Vendors are responsible to the take-down of their displays.

Sales and Payment: Vendors are responsible for managing their own transactions and collecting payment from customers.

Community Guidelines
- Positive Environment: As a spiritual community event, we ask that all vendors uphold an atmosphere of kindness, respect, and cooperation.
- Liability: Center for Spiritual Living Greater Las Vegas is not respinsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. CSLGLV is also not responsible for any loss of revenue.
- Promotion: By participating in the Merry Market, vendors give CSLGLV permission to include photos of your booth or products in event marketing materials and social media posts.

*This is an interest form. Selected Vendors will be sent a second form to submit their deposits to secure their spots in the Merry Market. Failure to complete the second form will be a forfeit of a vendor space and the slot will be given to the next available waiting vendor.
