The Body Knows Workshop

We make decisions everyday in our personal and work lives. Have you ever made a decision that you immediately regretted? Have you felt an absolute certainty about a course of action but could not describe your rationale for it? Every meaningful moment, every game-changing move, every accepted request...these are all backed by some combination of logic, experience, and intuition. And, we hold within us the opportunity to access an intelligent system of body wisdom in any moment. We can choose to utilize this brilliant gift - or deny it.
